Bible Lands Society
Many of you will know that we sponsor a young person with a disability - Berthe Rahme, in the care of Bible Lands Society in the Holy Land.
She wants to inform us that she is currently working and learning at the Straw workshop, making wonderful straw products such as baskets etc. Her tutor says that she is making good progress and thanks you for your lovely cards, and for your continued love and care.shown in supporting her.
BibleLands has been bringing healing and help to those most in need in the lands of the Bible, regardless of their faith or nationality, for over 150 years.
Throughout the 20th Century, and now in the 21st , BibleLands has maintained its crucial focus - bringing healing and the peaceful things of God to those most in need in the lands of the Bible - regardless of their faith or nationality.
BibleLands continues to work with more than 150 Christian-led Partner Projects in Israel/Palestine, Lebanon and Egypt, concentrating on six key areas of ministry :-

- *Medical Care
- *Special Needs
- *Vocational and Adult Training
- *Support and Care of Refugees
For several years All Saints has sponsored Berthe Rahme through BibleLands at the Cedars Capabilities Centre in Beirut. She has major speech restrictions, suffering from Cerebral Palsy, but enjoys listening to music and chatting with friends.
